Balance for Life

 Ruth Beyl, a retired physical education teacher, leads a one hour class every Tuesday at 11:00 am.  It is a class for seniors designed to strengthen muscles and improve balance.  She sent some wonderful pictures of some of the participants that are shared here.  It is amazing what these people can do!!
